If you are a Soldier with over 17 years of service, read this to get smart about retirement decisions, programs, and benefits. Share it with your spouse if you have one! The opt in window for the Blended Retirement System closed on Dec. 31, 2018. Soldiers who did not opt in remain under the High 3 retired pay plan. If you opted in, ensure the contributions from your base pay are set in myPay and the TSP funds you’re contributing to are set in your TSP account. Questions? Ask your Retirement Services Officer or your installation/command Personal Financial Counselor.
